Sturz in Gränichen

Wieder viel Pech für Ralph beim BCM Racing Cup Rennen in Gränichen. Nach gutem Start schlug er in einer Kurve mit der Schulter an einem Posten an und kam zu Fall. Er verletzte sich dabei erneut an der rechten Schulter und musste das Rennen mit Schmerzen aufgeben.

Testrace Pietermaritzburg UCI XC E2

The first XC Race of the new Season is already history. 

With my 7 Place i`m quite happy. There are still things to improve but my body and specially my back felt much better compare to the whole last year. 
 
I had a good start from the third row. In the first Singletrail was allready lots of traffic and could not reach the first guys including Nino Schurter and Florian Vogel. But i could also not take my chance to sit on Burry Standers wheel when he arrived from behind. He fast to fast. I saw the top guys for 4 laps but no chance to catch them. In the end i even lost some more time cause a rearwheel change. So i just wend easy in the last lap to save my 7 place. Now is one week to go till the first world cup. If my shape improves a bit i should be okay for a top ten.
